Dwight J. Korgan, M.D., FACFP
Dwight J. Korgan, M.D. founder Claremore Health Associates, Inc. in Claremore, Oklahoma. Dr. Korgan obtained his Fellow of the American College of Family Practitioners (FACFP) in 1979. Dr. Korgan graduated at Loma Linda University School of Medicine; the university is internationally known for advanced technology, service-oriented medical care and education, in 1975 at Loma Linda, California. He moved to Oklahoma where he obtained his residency program at OU-Tulsa Family Medicine Center at Tulsa, Oklahoma. He then instituted Claremore Health Associates, Inc. Dr. Korgan’s focus and philosophy are in treating the whole person. Dr. Korgan found a need to better serve his patients by providing and incorporating a new and revolutionary approach in treating low back and neck pain through Intervertebral Disc Decompression. Dr. Korgan is an advocate in preventive care and has added this service to his patients among many.
Steven A. Egleston, M.D., FAAFP
Steven Egleston, M.D. obtained his board certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practitioners (FAAFP) in 2003. Dr. Egleston moved to Claremore and joined Claremore Health Associates, Inc. in 2003. Dr. Egleston has lived in Oklahoma for most of his life. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and graduated from the OU-Tulsa Medical School. He continued and finished his residency program at the OU-Tulsa Family Medicine Family Center. Dr. Egleston’s special interests include pediatrics and adolescent medicine. Dr. Egleston’s focus and philosophy are in treating a person medically and socially. Dr. Egleston is currently accepting new patients.
Gary D. Fortner, M.D., FACFP
Gary D. Fortner, M.D. partnered with Dr. Korgan during the institution of Claremore Health Associates, Inc. Dr. Fortner obtained his Fellow of the American College of Family Practitioners (FACFP) in 1980. Dr. Fortner graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine at Loma Linda, California. In 1976 Dr. Fortner went to Orlando, Florida to begin his residency at the Florida Hospital. Dr. Fortner finished up his residency program in 1980. He met with Dr. Korgan and helped institute Claremore Health Associates, Inc. Dr. Fortner’s focus and philosophy is to treat the whole person medically, spiritually and physically.
